When was the last time you felt blissful about yourself and your life? Does the very idea make you laugh? (If so, great! Laughing will make you feel better!) Too many people think that feeling good is something that will come when their lives are in order, but making time to do the things that will increase your wellbeing will put you in a better frame of mind and all the things on your to do list that felt impossible will be a walk in the park.

1. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FELT HAPPY? Maybe bliss is too much right now, but what makes you smile? Start keeping track of all the things that make you feel good and schedule them into your week – no matter how busy you are…

2. BALANCE

You may have incredible stamina and love to work, work, work. Even if this is the case, without taking time for other things that make you happy, you won’t be getting this essential recharging…

3. WHEN YOU FEEL GOOD, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Imagine the most intense deadline or challenge you’ve ever faced. How are you going to get the best results? When you’re feeling completely overworked and pretty desperate or when you’ve been making time for bliss and feel pretty invincible?

4. WHEN YOU FEEL BAD, AIM TO FEEL A BIT BETTER (AND BETTER, AND BETTER)

When you’re feeling like this, it can feel as if it’s your whole life that’s wrong rather than just feeling a bit fragile for a short time. At these points, start thinking about the things you can do to make you feel a bit better and take it from there…

5. EVER NOTICED THAT WHEN YOU’RE “ON A ROLL”, THE GOOD THINGS JUST KEEP ON HAPPENING?

Everything falls into place when you’re happy and able to see all the opportunities and solutions available. Focusing on all this positivity, creates even more as you become a magnet for all good things. Make feeling good your priority...
