Giving back can be done by giving your skills, or your time, or money; it can involve giving love and advice. And while it seems like giving back involves giving something - which it does - it's also one of the most fulfilling things you can do. When you stop giving and thinking of others, your world starts to shrink and shrivel, and die. And the same happens to you; your mindset and ability to think big shrinks; you lose the will to keep growing, and learning, and giving.

So give the world an act of kindness; and watch someone's face light up and their heart glow with your thoughtful deed.  You'll feel terrific inside.

and its people and animals, and you'll give more
to yourself emotionally
and spiritually than you could ever imagine!

So whatever else you gain from this site, we urge you to take away one approach: the desire and willingness to give back.  Over all the Powers we list here, it is one of the most empowering ways we know to boost your own wellbeing.  Go practice and try it out, and watch yourself grow and benefit in your heart, your mind and your soul; your belief, confidence and joy.
